Orders and Shipping

Most of our products are custom made to order. We strive to get most orders complete and shipped within 3 days. We ship using USPS and you will get a tracking number once your items are shipped.

You can create an account when making your first order.

Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when making an order. In correct shipping addresses will not be refunded. If you do make a mistake and catch it immediately you can contact us using the contact form under contact us or email us at  [email protected]

You will receive a tracking number in your email inbox once your item is processed for shipping. Keep in mind that the postal service doesn’t always update their records immediately.

No. We do not keep credit card information on file. All transactions are processed directly through our payment processor and this website does not record credit card numbers. You will need to reenter your credit card information for each order. 

Yes. You may be charged tax for your state.

We will ship worldwide. Please use the contact us form to provide us with your postal code so we can provide you with a quote.

No always, however, in most cases you will receive your order in one package.

Contact us to discuss the issue. However, we do recommend that if an item is damaged by the shipper that you refuse the shipment. It will then be sent back to us and we can send out a replacement.

Please make sure you contact us for authorization and we will give you instructions on where to return the item.

Contact us immediately using the Contact Us form. We can not provide refunds for in correct addresses provided by you. So catch us before we ship.

Sorry, orders can not be cancelled. Our staff will may have already started your order. If you have a problem immediately after your order us the Contact Us form to let us know what is going on.

Yes. Contact Us. Some items are made on demand and the inventory system my be incorrectly showing no stock. Some items do require us to have certain supplies in stock but you can pre-order and we will get your’s made once the supplies come in.
